1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be:

2. How to Start a Return

We will send return instructions within 2 business days

Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method to the address we provide.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The original item must meet the same return eligibility conditions. If the replacement item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference. Contact us at support@damalyh.com to get started.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

You do not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover all costs. We recommend using a trackable service. Damalyh is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us.

After your order is placed, our team processes it within 1–3 business days. During this time, your order is verified, packaged, and handed off to our shipping partner.You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

5. Delays & Exceptions
Some situations are outside our control: weather events, carrier delays during peak seasons, incorrect address at checkout, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Contact us within 24 hours if you notice an error. Damalyh is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
