1. Order Processing
After your order is placed, our team processes it within 1–3 business days. During this time, your order is verified, packaged, and handed off to our shipping partner.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping: 3–10 business days — tracking included.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–13 business days (processing + shipping).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and order weight, and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. No surprise fees.

5. Delays & Exceptions
